I absolutely love patbingsoo. The food is modern korean, presented beautifully, nice fresh flavours. There is a bit of new and old - ie. korean tacos and korean beef tartare, vs bibimbap and bulgogi. The patbingsoo (snow ice desserts) are fabulous.
Just a note, the kimchi is not complimentary, as this is a modern bistro style restaurant (different to the cafes or hotpot places) so be aware of that. Given the nature of the style of dining at patbingsoo, kimchi is probably not necessary anyway.
