Would not reccommend. Their bags look good and have some good features. However the quality of the bags are poor based on my experience. The zips on my bag lasted 6 months after only infrequent use. 2 of the main zips on my bag broke. When I asked for a replacement they said no. They said they could repair the bag if I paid postage both ways. Very poor customer service- rude and not accomodating at all. Wouldn't shop here again and wouldn't trust any repairs.
I left a balanced review on their website noting both the positives and negatives of the bag and they haven't published it. I think that could be why most of their products have no reviews.
