Having absolutely no experience in organising a funeral before I had no idea on what to do or what to expect. I initially looked at some reviews online and luckily I was recommended Joseph Medcalf Funeral Services from a cousin who said she had a positive experience and that I should contact them.
I am so glad I did. I cannot thank everyone enough from Jospeh Medcalf for the care and guidance they showed towards my family. A special thank you to Michelle. You are an amazing woman. So professional and yet so personal. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed at this time. Mum would have been so touched with how you helped guide our family through the most difficult time in our lives. You made a sad time more pleasant and uplifting, replacing some difficult memories with some lovely last moments with our Mum. I felt a huge relief to hand over the trust of mums care to you. Michelle, you understood Mum and who she was.
