I have been to Hadley's for high tea, it was lovely with tea, scones, little cakes and even little sandwiches it was a lovely time had by all, we thou rally enjoyed it.

Attended a book reading here that included high tea, $30 which wasn't bad, considering high tea alone is $27, and I assume the overall price was set by the bookshop, not the hotel. There was a good selection of food, although it was all set up in a self serve, buffet style, and as I was one of the later to arrive, the plates could've done with replenishing.
There were a lot of people and some of us had difficulty juggling plates and serving ourselves tea/coffee from the urns, a little more room and some help would've been appreciated.
