It took me a long time to choose a hair salon to go to, as i am from over seas i was very nervous about where to go and trusting someone will do a good job. I looked at the reviews for coco de luma and the majority were positive so i booked with them in december just before christmas. Firstly i was extremely grateful that they could fit me in for a colour and cut on the saturday before christmas. Everyone was extremely welcoming as soon as i got there and i was offered drinks straight away. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere in the salon which i really enjoyed. I had Katherine do my hair and she was lovely, so friendly and chatty, she did the best foils i've ever had done and i've been having my hair colour for over 7 years. she did them so close to the roots and the exact colour i wanted. I was getting the underneath of my hair a slightly different colour with a semi permanent dye however that colour turned out darker than i had wanted so i went back and asked if it could be fixed in any way. All the staff were completely understanding and didn't hesitate to fit me in on XMAS EVE to fix my hair for me free of charge. Their customer service was exceptional and i will 100% be returning to them. I would highly recommend going here.

Saw their AD in the paper that said they had won Hairdresser of the year, so i thought i'd try them out, being new to the area and all. Great decor, beautiful staff, seriously they all looked so pretty!! Made me feel confident they could make me look better too, which they did! Got a keratin done, and am totally loving it. Thanks Greg!!!

OMG WOW!! Just got my waxing done here, beauty therapist was fast, efficient and i got 20%OFF because it was tuesday (they do this every tue/wed, thats what the flyer said) Nice salon and nice staff Very Happy, would definately return

I get my haircut by Greg at Coco De Luma and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend him as he is the first hair stylist I've encountered in Sydney who listens and does exactly what you ask for. He's very motivated and talented. I no longer let anyone else touch my hair except Greg ;) The salon is well laid out and hygienic. It's conveniently located in Maroubra Junction with plenty of easy parking in front of the salon. The prices are amazing and the quality of service you get is even better! I've also had a facial by Nicole and I can honestly say that no one else compares to her. She is extremely professional, passionate and genuinely friendly. Most other salons/ spas just get the inexperienced young staff to slather goop on your face then leave but not Nicole. She focuses her full attention on you the entire session :-) I have recommended Coco De Luma to my family and friends.

Stumbled across this salon by walking the wrong way up anzac pde, and im glad i did! booked in for a colour and cut, went in the next day. service was great and excellent coffee (i had the cuppacino) for a salon, its what you'd expect from a coffee shop! Very happy with the colour, finally a hairdresser who understands what i want. definately returning here

Last saturday i went to coco de luma for the first time to get my hair foiled and a cut. I was immediately impressed with not only the decor, but the friendly staff members, escpecially the scotsman. I have been looking for a hairdresser for quite some time, who knew how to do my hair the way i want it. let me just say the hairdresser got the foils close to the roots, and cut my hair in a style that everyone keeps commenting on (even my husband who never notices my anything). I think i finally found my permamnent hairdresser, thanks guys Kassie

i have never been happier with the colour of my hair, i asked for it and got exactly what i was after!! love the loreal range, great look and feel in the salon too
