Great burgers, excellent fries, quick and friendly service!

Burgers are great, nice arrangement to choose from, service is good and the place is quite comfortable too!

Lots of options great quality burgers are just simply amazing one of my favourite places to go for sure when I'm in the area and can't wait to go back for more

The burgers were are great! I've been to this place a few times a bit before the dinner rush (around 5 ish) so it was been quieter and my burger was ready quickly. Sometimes the staff are not overly friendly and service is slow for ordering as they take all the phones orders while we wait and wait (instead of asking 1 call to hold). I often order 1 burger cut in 1/2 and 1 serve of fries with a friend and they are more than happy to do this and serve on 2 plates. They have really nice gluten free bread as well.

Varied menu with options for a variety of tastes, burgers are generously sized and tasty. The chips are excellent also, and the decor is cool in a funky way.

Freshly cooked burgers with premium ingredients on freshly cooked rolls- honestly what more could you want? Yes the prices are more expensive than a local take away shop but each bite you can taste the quality ingredients and they are compiled together nicely not just slopped together

This place is pretty overrated. The vegetarian burgers are nice, but not worth what you pay for them. The service has been very slow both times i have been there, despite it not being very busy at the time, and I had a peak in the kitchen on my way out last time, and it was filthy, which has put me off going back.

I have to give five stars across the board for burger got soul after reading a review here on womo and trying it out! I had the chicken little (snack burger) and fries, which was more than enough for an adult meal and it was just gorgeous. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even though they were crazy busy they took the time to give me recommendations of what to order based on how hungry I was! The sauces are really good (I had smokey BBQ), and the prices are excellent for the size of the meal.

I've been here quite a few times because it's a casual place for dinner. Sometimes you have to wait about half an hour for a burger, but it's generally worth it. I love the chips and the range of mayos, but I always wander why there isn't a healthier option, like a side salad??

The burgers at Burgers Got Soul taste fantastic, as do the chips especially with the dipping sauces.

However, I have regularly waited 30 minutes for my burgers which you don't expect from somewhere that appears to be a takeaway store.

They are popular for a reason - because the burgers really do taste good. I just wish it didn't take so long as it's hard for families with young kids to hang about 30 minutes for a take away burger!
