I strongly advise not to engage APT Roofing. They were supposed to replace my roof, and the new roof is completely flawed, leaks, and was installed incorrectly from the get go. Despite taking my hard earned money, they have responded to my repeated concerns with rudeness, lies and an astounding lack of concern. My recommendation is to avoid APT Roofing at all costs...don’t let them near your roof!

I thought this company was great, they turned up when they said they would and provided a good detailed quote with pictures that gave me confidence.
Upon acceptance they did tell me they were very busy which is fine as there has been allot of storms around lately.
I advised them that i was going away so they told me they would make a special effort,
sure enough within the week they called and told me they had a gap as someone else had put the job back and they could fit me in.
The guys that came out were very nice English I think,
they fixed everything up and cleaned up very well after themselves, they even cleaned up some other rubbish i had left outside.
Thanks APT for a great job and would not hesitate to call you again or recommend anyone if they need a good roofer.

Your representative came out to quote arriving promptly as promised. He was a charming young man, who seemed to know what he was talking about, which really impressed me. He promised to send me quotes for three ways of handling my roof repair. He said he was busy the next day but would email the quotes on the day after. Five days later when I had not received anything I contacted his office very politely and was told that the receptionist would let him know that I called. A few days after this, I rang again, this time requesting his mobile number. When I rang him I had to leave a message on voicemail. Again, a few days later, I rang the office again and explained the situation to the receptionist, who again said she would let him know. Surprisingly, about 30 minutes later she rang me to confirm my email address, which I had seen written correctly on his sheet when he came out. One would think that he intended sending through the quote very soon. It is once again almost a week later and nothing has happened. Obviously, he picks and chooses the jobs he wants to do i.e. whatever is more lucrative for him. All he had to do was to tell me either on site or shortly thereafter that he really was not interested in doing the job. I liked him so much initially, that I would have given him the job regardless of the quote. The old adage applies, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Stay away!!!

I am writing to recommend APT roofing in Randwick. We had a very leaky roof in some heavy rain, and knew of APT roofing because we often drove past it. We rang APT the following morning, and they provided a quote that day. James was prompt, polite and informative. When it became clear we had further leaking in subsequent rain, James and his team came almost immediately to put up our roof, which was completed in just over one day. They were so neat and quiet that we didn't realise they'd been and gone the second day! There was no mess, and they took away all the rubbish after they had finished. We have had very heavy rain since then and it is clear that this roof won't leak.
