They focus on pizzas, which are superb. Available both dining in and take away. Many choices on the menu for pizzas, but options for pasta. Good starters and amazing Italian desserts as well. Great family atmosphere. Two levels available for dining, so space is not a problem. Good place for group dinners or functions.
Firstly, they have a massive menu. They have heaps of starters and mains - ranging from noodles to rice to dumplings. Dining room was very spacey but the area near the counter is a little tight if you are waiting for take-away. Very good service and it took 20 minutes for our group of 3's main meal take-aways. Food as expected.
Approximate cost: $18-20
Excellent range of noodles to chose from, plus rice dishes. You actually get to see the ingredient that will end up in your meal when you enter the premises. Very fresh. The noodles were a tad on the oily side for my liking though, but it was still lovely to eat. Standard drinks are available, but they are Coca Cola and the such, nothing Asian. Take-away option was available, which is very convenient.
This is a nice restaurant. It does not comprise on the quality of the food. The service was great - they keep you updated with order and about when it will be ready (which was greatly appreciated). The interior feels like a modern fusion between East and West - it was very clean and it had a great atmosphere. Though the restaurant itself was a bit small. There was a wide choice of food and drinks (which included green tea, lychee juice etc.) The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Will go back again.
We had a three course meal ($36), it included starter, mains and desert (which was a slice of cake). Service was a bit slow. The restaurant is small and not enough space (basically two long tables and a small one). We didn't feel like an eat-in restaurant, but the food was decent enough.
A good book-shop. It can get very hectic during the first and second weeks of semester - the line will often go out the store. The books are quite expensive, it pays to look around and on the internet for cheaper versions. Good service and they will help you find a book if need be. Novels available, plus some stuffed toys. Bricks also available.
Amazing place, I remember when I came here as a child and it was just as amazing when I was an adult. Fun for the whole family (and not just for children). The staff are amazing (though the staff at the gift shop tend to be a little grumpy). Amazing fun, you'll learn heaps about science and that science can be fun as well!
We have gotten many fruit trees (apple, apricot, peach/nectarine, lemons), hedges and carpets roses from this nursery. The plants have been going strong for about 15 years now. Good service as soon as you enter the door. Long-established nursery (established in 1888) and a bit on the pricey side.
More expensive than other nurseries (middle range in terms of pricing), but these people are experts. They know what they are talking about. They are also very nice and they love to have a short chat with you too. Good variety of trees and plants. When I had a problem with a plant I purchased from there, they gave me some free feed to help fix the problem. You beauty. They also have a cafe. They also have discounts for seniors - 10% on Tuesday, 5% all other days.
A good rewards program. I don't get as many surveys as I would like to, but the offers, emails and daily log-ins help to get the points up there. It is nice that I can earn interest on my points, but I only get $50 a year.
