I have been going to the same doctor at this practice for over 15 years and now take my children there too. All the GPs there are highly skilled and very professional. They usually run on time and although they don't generally bulk-bill the level of service is worth it. I thoroughly recommend them and will never go anywhere else.

This is a five-star establishment - if you go by the fact that they have a classy setting, state-of-the-art equipment, Merlo coffee on demand and even hot towels as a pick-me-up after your appointment. Disappointingly however, my crown came off after 3 years - they are supposed to last 5 to 10 - and they charged me a whopping $250 to put it back on even though it didn't last as long as it should have (through no fault of mine). I was told that if I had been to regular 6 monthly checkups I might not have been charged so much but because I hadn't been back in a year they would not honour the guarantee. This is also without a doubt the most expensive dentist I have ever been to so I would have to say after this experience it is not worth the money. They treated me very well until this happened so I am very disappointed and now go elsewhere.

Peter is a great dentist who charges very affordable fees for his excellent service. He is a real gentleman and lovely with the children - my friend put me onto him and I will never go anywhere else. He is always booked out well in advance - especially for after-school appointments, so book ahead.

I am not usually a fan of tapas since, well, I like to eat and there just never seems to be enough food - but Peasant has possibly the best food I have eaten in Brisbane so it's totally worth it. It is pricey and you do need to order up to make sure everyone is full but this is definitely a case of quality over quantity. The asparagus and the pickled garlic (yes, I know, but just try it!) were the standouts last time. Worth the visit.

This review is for Esher St Cafe And Deli, Tarragindi QLD

This place is brand spanking new, a cute little cafe/deli that serves food and coffee as well as selling plants, delicacies and little gifts. The food and coffee was good (though not quite piping hot) and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a sunny courtyard out the back that makes for a cosy breakfast experience. My only complaint was that they use wooden boards instead of plates and my food kept trying to escape! We could become regulars here.

I have eaten here twice now and while the food is fine, the service is exceptional. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go just for the food but there is a big range and it is well priced and tasty - and the chips are great!

This review is for Story Time Swim Centre, Greenslopes QLD

We were attending another well known swim school with a different philosophy and after 18 months my son just wasn't progressing. Once we started at Story Time and they put floaties on him and made the lesson into a fun fairytale, he learned to swim really quickly. It is not as new and shiny as some of the other swim schools but it is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and appropriately qualified. The big pool is outdoors and pretty chilly in the colder months, but for the younger children the smaller pool is enclosed and nice and warm. You have to make a bit of a dash for the change rooms afterwards too. In terms of comfort, the other indoor swim school we were attending was nicer, but I place a much higher value on Story Time's ability to teach effectively. When the child is over 18 months old the parent no longer has to get in the pool with them which is a bonus!

Great value for money here but the food, although fresh and tasty, was nothing exceptional. Our order was mixed up and the entrees came out after the first two main courses, followed by the other two main courses. The staff were attentive and friendly but by 9.30 everything was packed up and they opened the doors to let the freezing cold air in - a sign they wanted us to go? I would go back for takeaway but not sure I would dine in again.

This place is fairly new and the fitout is great, but the food is fantastic! We had the lunch specials and the rice vermicilli salad was amazing. The prices are very reasonable, service was almost too good (dare I say hovering?) and the food was served quickly. We'll be going back again.

This review is for Eagleglow, Yatala QLD

We bought our new toilet from Eagleglow, it is high quality and was at least 20% cheaper than the nearest competitor. Josh was very pleasant to deal with and although there is nothing fancy about this business you get a great product for a great price.
