Zodee is a very reliable and friendly place to shop online. I've purchased some underwear and swimwear over the past few years and they've always been of great quality. The only downside is the price. While there is a huge variety with lots of sizes, some prices are quite surprising. Given that ASOS sells cheap Calvin Klein and the BONDS website always has promotions, Zodee should consider reducing the price of brands that consumers are able to buy cheaper elsewhere. Other than that, the service is great and overall I've had good experiences.
I have made many purchases with Zodee over the last four or five years and have never had a problem with their service, delivery or products. On one occasion the sizing was incorrect so I returned the bras and they were promptly exchanged without any additional costs. I must admit that a few times now I have gone into shops like Myer to try on the bra style that I want to buy and then gone home and purchased it through Zodee as I could get it cheaper. They have a clearance section that you can search for by size which I find very convenient.
I have purchased bonds products from this company since my kids have been babies. Of course the product is excellent, but I have also found Zodee to be the cheapest on line, product always in stock and delivery fast.
I bought a few Items which ended up being sooo uncomfortable after paying a few hundred for the items i would of expected ALOT better in quality and price
I haven't bought much from this company but when I have I've been happy with the items and service. I haven't needed to return/exchange so can't comment on that. They have a good baby/children's range as well as lingerie.
I purchased a bra in a brand I have not worn before and the sizing was off. So I returned it at my own expense and did not receive email confirmation that they had received it. A phone call a few days later had them blaming ME for putting in the wrong email address - how you can sign up as a member with the correct email and then place an order with the wrong email is beyond me.
If I wanted an exchange I had to pay extra as they didn't have the bra I wanted in stock, not to mention the extra postage cost for express. In the end I asked for a refund and ended up over $20 out of pocket and no goods to show for it. DO NOT buy from them unless you are certain you are ordering the right size or you will be stung!
Thanks for the warning. I won't be in a hurry to buy from them.
