Took my new Samsung Note 10+ to their kiosk at Riverlink Shopping Centre on the 13/2/20 to have a protective plastic cover installed over the glass. They advised me not to touch the phone for a couple of hrs and not to put it back into the protective cover, which I did and if there were any problems, to bring it back. The very next morning noticed a line across the front of the screen, the plastic along the bottom of the phone had come away and had also lifted on the side. I carefully moved the plastic on the side (to see how secure it was) when the whole plastic came straight off as if it was just sitting there. Took it straight to the kiosk the next morning where I was told I had to bring the phone back in the state it left the kiosk. I explained it had come off and also had a line through the plastic and was disgarded due to the poor adhesion. I was then told I should have taken a photo of it lifting?? Then I questioned, how can I take a photo of my own phone??? The tech then replied... its just your word against ours and its not company policy to redo without the plastic being on the phone. I then explained that I wouldn't be wasting everyone's time if it hadnt come away so easily and could you please fix the protective plastic protection that I have paid for. The tech refused.
I paid $39 for a 160mm x 75mm piece of plastic that came away and they refused to replace it.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S6 handset into your Riverlink store on Friday, 10 February 2017 to get the battery changed, they changed the battery there for me but when I left with the supposingly repaired phone, the glass on the rear camera was cracked (was not like this before being repaired), then could hardly get a signal on the phone as well (worked perfectly prior to having the battery changed). I went back on Saturday, 11 February and advised that about the glass around the camera and it was repaired on the spot, but the technician took the sim card out of the phone and then put it back in, saw that it had a signal and sent me on my way. I had advised the technician on both occasions that I was visiting Brisbane from Perth so couldn't come back if something else was wrong, we were going home the very next day on Sunday. The handset had been restarted so many time but still hadn't fixed the issue of hardly getting a signal anywhere, signal was much weaker than it had ever been. I came on Sunday back to Perth and still the signal was an issue, I then replaced the sim card and also did a factory reset on the handset which didn't fix the problem, I rang your store on Monday, 13 Feb and was advised that to throw the handset in the bin and that it was not fixable by a male customer service person who didn't even check with your tech who was at lunch at the time, no offer of getting tech to call me back at all was made. I have since then on Monday evening taken the handset to tech here in Perth who has looked at the phone and discovered THAT YOUR TECH DAMAGED MY AERIAL INSIDE MY HANDSET WHEN SHE REPLACED THE BATTERY and it cost me another $80 to get the aerial replaced here in Perth with a different tech and the handset is now infact working perfectly with getting a signal. I rang your store yesterday and was again fobbed off which is now why I am taking to the internet to leave negative feedback here to warn everybody about your Riverlink store that it is a really bad tech in that store and to never take any equipment there to be repaired, they may cause more damage to their devices! NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO ANY OF YOUR STORES AND I AM TAKING TO THE INTERNET TO SHARE MY STORY OF WHAT EXTRA DAMAGE THAT YOUR TECH CAUSED TO MY PHONE!

We had a really bad experience here when they replaced my screen in my iPad. Within 24 hours my iPad went all funny and the lcd broke so couldn't see anything. However I did take it back to them and they hummed and argued with me but eventually got it replaced. Haven't had a problem since

ive taken my daughters iphone to have the screen repaired they did a great job great price and didn't have to wait long , been a 2nd time as daughters phone just didn't turn on but with her warranty from the screen there was no charge and they fixed it up and again didn't have to wait long also they were very informative about another issue I had with a different mobile Highly recommend
