My husband and I ate there a couple of years ago and the food was good. It was reasonably busy but we got a table and we both had the specials which we enjoyed. The salad bar was good and fresh too. It is in the entertainment book too which is always a bonus.

We have enjoyed evertime we have gone here. It is never busy so you dont have to book which i like. The meals always arrive quick and they have a free salad bar.

Main meals are well priced. The salad bar and soup is nice and fresh. Never have a problem getting a table. Plenty of room for parking.

The last time we were here was very disappointing. The meal was not very nice, the service average. The dining room doesn't have an inviting feel.

A very good Tavern experience. Great selection of food. Service was quick and not all that crowded during the week. Gets busy on weekends

I really like the Woodcroft Tavern, although I wonder if they've recently changed chef's as the menu has changed and its not as good as it used to be. Would still recommend.

I think it is a bit better than the average pub. The main meals come with a salad buffet that is actually quite nice. The atmosphere is nice and roomy and the service is quick. The staff are polite and friendly.

Just your average pub, with normal prices and average food. The one thing that picks up this venue are the friendly staff. They always remember you, and are always happy to have a chat!

went there for a meal with friends.....the food came out within 5 mins of ordering and out of the 3 of us none of us enjoyed our meals.....i dont think my roast was even a roast! it was grey in colour "after wiping the gravy off" and didnt taste anything like i would have expected. none of us are fussy eaters but we expect a bit better that what we received.......will not be returning

I do not go to this hotel much as I think it is too busy in general. Even so every time I have gone there I have enjoyed myself and been happy with the staff and the service they provide.
