I have had my make up done several times. I was quite happy with the results overall. I had my hair done for the first time and unfortunately it wasn't well styled. The stylist was lovely but clearly not a hairdresser (had I known this, I would not have booked). I did not change my mind but in fairness I have very long hair, very fine, tangled/knotty - and thus difficult to style. The manager (Tanya) was incredibly rude and aggressive. I was quite upset when I left the salon. I sent an email regarding the service. The same manager was condescending and suggested another salon. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. I not only had terrible hair when I left, but I was humiliated by the manager. Very unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience at Vlushe Lounge. The salon is gorgeous- both stylish and modern. They’ve provided exceptional and professional service from the moment you walk in the door. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone

Wonderful experience at Vlushe Lounge. The girls there are so lovely. If I lived closer I’d be there everyday instead of once a week
