Pros:
did a good job steam cleaning the carpets & dealing with pet hair.

Cons:
Cleaner is aggressive, argumentative & will try to intimidate you into paying the second he is done. I literally got into a face to face dispute where he spat in my face because I said that I’ll pay when the realestate agent is happy with his work.

So… he does a decent job. But 10/10 would NOT recommend because of my experience with him.

Plus he charged me $660 for a 4 bedroom steam clean, kitchen and bathroom. And refused to start working unless I pre cleaned it all for him, so I practically did half of his job! That’s it! Not cupboards, garage anything!

I had the misfortune of engaging another company to steam clean my carpets they really didn't seem to take much more than half an hour for 6 rooms and the next morning I came back and it honestly looked like it had been vacuumed only and nothing else. As it was a rental property & I had already moved out to the northern suburbs, I did not have time to muck around My real estate agent gave me VISART CLEANING' s number and they came out the next morning, this was time critical as new tenants were moving in and I really didn't want the same person doing the job.
The difference was huge, The cleaners from Visart took over an hour and cleaned all areas of the carpet including where the furniture stood and I could see the difference straight away, plus they only charged $120 FOR 6 ROOMS, compared to the previous job where I was charged $220 for 6 rooms.
