I absolutely loved this place! My order came quickly and the staff were really kind.

This is a busy tea shop. You can get cakes, savoury baked items and bubble tea only. Saying that, they have an amazing variety of teas. The cakes are unusual but yummy from my experience. There are enough different drinks to please anyone. It is not really the best place to sit and chat with your friends as it opens onto a busy road, but take your drinks and cakes to the local park (50m up the road) and have a picnic.

I love going there to buy a bubble tea or the cakes they are a reasonable price all the food taste very nice
and the staff are very friendly and the service is great, it's a lovely restaurant

This is a perfect restaurant to go for Asian style vegetarian dishes. Most of the foods that I tasted were so nice, also I really love the way the decorate the restaurant, very beautiful!

enjoyed it we went with family & friends lots of people were there. the service is great. nobody compained about the food. they also have cakes to buy which are yummy. staff are very friendly and welcoming. i love the interior - its got a hight ceilign and has a home feeling to it.

the last time i went the service was soooo slow!...it used to be very popular and the best...but ever since other stores have come out..this one is just purley bad compared to the others. and also more expensive.

I always have bubble tea at utopia everytime I go to the city! The service was slow and there are always so many people queueing. The place is small so there was not always a place to sit. You end up waiting in line and stared at different people. The drink was not as good as the one in Northbridge. Overall still nice!

Grear place to ahnd out with firends, but the service was slow and the staff were a little rude. Strange drinks and strange people; lots of fun! The bubble tea is strange but i would probably try it again, as there are so many different flavours!
