Awful! Worst wax I have ever had in the 12 years I've been getting waxed. She had hot wax stuck to me which needed to be plucked off because she did not know how else to get it off. It took double the time of a normal wax, yet half the hair was left behind and I have started to blister since being home from the bad technique. When I called they only offered me to go back and have it fixed, but since I am blistered I can't right now, refused to give me a refund. Worst experience ever.

Had a body polish and massage at Urban Spa. Left there feeling relaxed and great. Would recommend Urban spa!
