This place is supposed to be a upper class short term long term rental accomodation. There is no maintenance being done to rooms we stayed for 3 months and moved once and both times there was things left in by cleaners and lights didnt work tv and dvd didnt work as some didnt have leads, there was a box of alcohol in cupboard that use by date off 2007 not opened. units were never cleaned just wiped. It took us a day to clean grime from every utensil. Never inspected or cleaned prior. Unfortunately not Urban Quarters there is a group of locals that linger at night yelling and drinking can be disturbing when trying to sleep. Very hard to to get Managers to return calls to pay rent and then they would say that you were late
