I always buy my tickets from this agent as they are a lot cheaper than the others, staff are friendly and very helpful and their office are a closer too. Just recently a friend suggested a different agent, they are $5 cheaper, staff are as friendly and helpful but a bit far so all of our communications are through phone and emails, there was no face to face communication...
