Until I met Catherine about 6 months ago, I had never experienced Kinesiology and was a little apprehensive, but Catherine's easy going and understanding nature immediately put me at ease. To anyone who is thinking about Kinesiology and what it may do to your life, I say give it a go. It doesn't hurt, is non-invasive and works on so many different levels! In the relatively short amount of time I have been seeing Catherine, my life has improved dramatically. I am learning to feel again (not think!) and embrace my feelings and emotions and how to handle them so I can stay true to myself. I don't react to situations how I normally would and find I am able to handle myself and situations a lot better. I am beginning to feel in control of my life.
