When shopping at Toys r Us I have some times had trouble finding the correct place to look for the items I required, the staff have been friendly and willing to assist in guiding me to my desired item. Nowadays finding staff to do this can be a problem.Big thank you.

When you walk into Toys R' Us, sure, there's a big range of toys, but I find most of them overpriced. As you walk around, you find yourself stepping over lots of toys on the ground, which is unacceptable.
