We used Total Home Inspections at all four stages of our new house build and it was money well spent. A lot of items were picked up that we just never would have identified. I had looked at a few different quotes but ultimately decided to go with Total Home Inspections as I liked the packages they provided as well as the transparency of what is included in them listed on their website. When I called to book, Lauren was very lovely. She was very cheerful and helpful. The whole process was very quick and smooth and when we called Mitch the inspector to clarify the report, he was extremely patient and friendly. Overall I am really pleased with their service and am glad we went with them. We went with their premium package.

Following the home inspection by Total Home Inspections organized by the new buyers for our existing home, which found items that we had never realized were faulty, we were so happy to fix them and upon buying our new home employed THI to do the same.
