Great great pancakes, open 24/7 and generally staff members are quite friendly. My one negative about this place is that it feels a little dirty, especially late at night, tables not quite clean and generally doesn't feel that pleasant.

I love the pancake kitchen. It's open 24/7 and they have a large menu that has something for everyone. The premises is cosy, but could do with a fresh coat of paint and perhaps better lighting. But the food is great and the staff are generally friendly. The service is generally quite fast also.

The best thing about this place.. it is open 24/7!! But seriously this place need to be renovate soon.. because the building look tired and the decoration too .. But the pancakes was great.

The pancake kitchen has a high reputation to uphold- and failed to do so when i last visited, Tables were dirty and lack of staff meant a long wait for the pancakes which were also pretty average

I love going to the Pancake kitchen and so do all of my friends! Whether you go during the day or at 3 in the morning the service is always friendly and super fast! The huge range of food caters to everyone and the prices are very reasonable. As someone who doesn't eat wheat I was ecstatic to find out that they have gluten free pancakes which are delicious and huge! Will continue to go here whenever possible!

The pancakes here are just the greatest. So much variety Sweet Savoury what ever you want when ever you want. However we went here for my mums birthday breakfast and the service was shocking. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed their meals but the staff didnt seem to know what they were doing nor did they care about their customers. I have been there 4 times now and every time the food was great and service was very very average.

Very mediocre - if not completely terrible - pancakes. They contain way too much bicarb - you can taste it. Some of the toppings are interesting, but I'd rather just make pancakes at home. Even maccas pancakes are better.

I took my sister (14) here to cap off a birthday weekend we had, with another coming to join us. When asking for clarification of a meal, got the reply ." I don't know what they do, i just take orders." When our meals were bought out, one was forgotten (the receipt given showed it had never been written down) and the other 2 were cold. When the forgotten meal was bought out it was the wrong order, and upon saying this, we were asked "well, what do you want done about it?"
The pancakes themselves were thick and tacky and not at all what one we expected of the renowned 'Pancake Kitchen'
For 3 people (including the above incidents) we were still charged full price, coming to a total of $44.50, and have decided should we have a weekend out again, that room service in the hotel will be both cheaper, and nicer.

absolutely the best pancake restaurant in the world. So quirky and cool with the thousands of different flavored and coloured carbonated drinks. it has such a great atmosphere, like no where else. the food is also amazing.

The Pancake Kitchen has been around for years. I remember my parents taking me and now I take my kids. You know it never closes so it is always an option late at night. It is not fine dining but it is comfortable and always exciting.
