I did a sourdough bread making course here which was helpful ... it wasn't was I expected but it was only $10 for 2 hours and it helped me understand a bit better the process of making sourdough bread... they also have a little shop with bread and cake supplies ...some of them at good prices, some a bit too expensive for me personally

Fantastic little shop tucked away around the side of a large group of shops, not that easy to see from the road. Heaps of different supplies for Bread and cake making. Gluten Free products and knowledgeable advise available. Bread making classes also available.
