excellent customer service focus and are one of very few companies in this industry that i have dealt with that actually respond in good time.

Our building is managed by this company for few years. They are appointed by the developer. There is a change of the manager and the current manager responds very slowly, up to 2 weeks from our emails. They are definitely not service-oriented. I was told once to contact the developer for issues on common property rather by themselves (which I thought it is the role of the body corporate to liaise on our behalf).
