Really great customer service the milkshake and caramel slice I had were both amazing! Definitely will be returning!!!

there is a man who is very friendly that works here, always says hi when not busy and causally walking past there shop! it makes me want to come back and buy something, some of the girls don't seem to friendly and welcoming

I managed to speak to one of the owners and the area manager, both were polite to me. Discussed the benefit of including lactose free milk in coffees as an alternative than only soy milk. I loved the coffee, not overly bitter for taste.
