They lack proper sales ethic and good customer service . Instead of acknowledging and apologising they prefer to evade & throw the ball back at the customer which is ridiculous. I paid extra for a premium service& nothing was premium about what was delivered. Called the store only to be told very casually that they will call us at some stage with no ET & no apology. It was more of them trying to make it seem like I was the problem for asking why a service I paid extra for was not delivered . The inconvenience & zero respect for people’s time and money are appalling. Would not be shopping at their ridiculous store with the current way it’s run. I’m definitely going to buy online/ from a diff business and pay externally for premium services that ppl will actually deliver .
I have been a very regular customer of Good Guys for the past many years and have shopped from many of their stores. I can very comfortably say that Good Guys Thomastown is the worst Good Guys store. Their customer service and attitude towards customers are awful. Staff such as the [redacted due to personal identifier] are not only arrogant but rude and don't care about their customers. I have had a terrible experience almost every single time I have been to the Thomastown store.

He most definitely knew what he was talking about in terms of TVs which we were looking to purchase. Gave us details explanation on our payment options, also recommended surge protectors, which I think was very kind of him.
He was kind enough to ask his boss to hold an item that he normally wouldn't be able to. Great experience, what retail should be !
A broad range of the biggest brands in electrical appliances at exceptionally low prices. I have never had any problems with things I have bought. The service is very good, helpful and so friendly. Recommend these guys without a thought.

Latest Happening - After complaining via thier website. Customer Service organized a replacement of the TV. Whilst the Folks on their sales floor are horrid to deal with. The folks in the Customer Service seem reasonable.
Bought a TV on the Recmmendation of thier dodgy salesman, with assurances that the store would replace or refund the product if it was fault.
Within a month it was faulty.
It was not replaced or refunded. Instead told to solve ourselves via manufacturers warranty
Never shopping at this dodgy store again.
