This was our second visit for dinner, and overall an ok experience. The menu is fresh and vibrant and caters to many tastes. My husband's meal was not what he ordered and although this was rectified, it did take away from the night. His meal arrived after I'd finished. All we received was an apology - good customer service would see a complimentary coffee or corkage offered, but we were charged for everything. One thing I'd bring to the owner's attention is the rushed nature of the meals. On both occasions, our meals were hurried and we'd only just finished one course before the next arrived. It's as if it's a race to get the kitchen closed (our booking was for 7pm... so not late). It's a shame because the food, ambience and service are great but I'd prefer to go somewhere else where we can relax and not feel rushed.

this place is a little outside of Freo's centre but well worht the short trip. clearly one of the places to stay on south Trerrace: afforadble excellent food with 5 star service at 3 star prices
