Have to agree with all the top reviews. Calamari and chips were first class. Spotless place. Don't worry about the price. Quality is the most important feature. You will never forget a bad meal.. congratulations to the owners.

I went to The Boat Shed with my sisters for lunch. It was the best fish and chips I've eaten and the servings were so generous we gave a serving of chips to some kids at another table. I'll be back.

The fish and chips is great here. The staff are really friendly. The location is fantastic.... if only the prices weren't so high. The prices stop me from going here every week. I just don't like paying so much more than standard for location. It is great as a treat though.

Well what can I say, but it is the best fish & chips shop on the northside. Yes it is a little overpriced, but it is so convenient from the beach. My fav is the perch crumbed, chips and yes even the salads are really fresh. Try it, you'll be back many times like me

Lovely clean well organized shop. The food was tasty & the salad fresh! One downfall is that it's SOOOO OVERPRICED! Some of the menu items I couldn't justify for the price advertised. I agree the location is top notch as its just across from the beach but just simply expensive for me when you can go down the road & get the same or similar for half the price.

This place was recommended by a friend as the best place for fish and chips.while I thought the food was of good quality, it was very expensive. I had rung my order ahead, but still had to wait 10 minutes once we arrived at the shop. What I did like is that they had tables and chairs to eat in, and you can bring your own drinks/alcohol to drink which can make it feel more like going to a restaurant. Has lovely atmosphere!

Absolutely amazing! Have already been twice since I discovered it 3 weeks ago, the fish is fresh I had the snapper and a bite of the cod (yum!) potato scallops are one of the best I've EVER had and the dining area is really modern and cosy! Will definitley be a new favourite - I'll even drive the 25 mins to get there everytime because its that good!!

a very well kept takeaway, very clean, fastservice and the food is to notch, very large food servings, has outdoor seating overlooking morton bay, service is very friendly and helpful

Good serving size, very generous with the chips. They sometimes throw in a few extra scallops, too. Quick service, reasonable prices, I've had no problems with them.

Very fast fish and chips. Reasonable price. Fish was a little dry on the egdes but very nice. Very genorous servings. Well done. Would recommend.
