I first went into this salon at age 54, three years ago. I have worked in Western Australia, NSW, Victoria and most parts of Queensland, and until I went into this salon I could not get a decent style cut. Not only is the cut fantastic, each time I visit the stylist cannot do enough. I must say, I always try to be polite and courteous, and by being so I feel like a star at each visit. Thank-you.

rung to book appointment...
girl answers and asks questions then puts owner on phone.
(didn't bother passing on info she had already asked me for though)
Owner gets on phone.... No phone manners at all.
I tried to book an appointment for my hair cut and foils...
As they close at 5 thru the week and at 2 on sat.. makes it hard when I bought one for my daughter too. She goes to school.. so we couldn't get there thru the week so tried for a sat....3 months to wait!! seriously who books a hair cut 3 months in advance!! Anyway, I made the comment that I wasn't happy about having to wait so long...
She couldn't of cared any less if she tried. She said ive sold over 150 of these and they're valid til nov..
I said most people dont like to wait that long.... and im one of them. I would like a refund....she hung up!!!
I rung back ...and get the girl.. I said not impressed about being hung up on because she didn't like what I had to say...
and then I hung up!!
doesn't matter how cheap it was when service is horrible who wants to deal with that...not me!!
so, now to get a refund for the vouchers..
