Sold us a brand new phone that did not work and took three months to sort it out. Would not give us a new phone and insisted on following 'Company policy' not hearing what the customer has to say. The counter staff were great, polite and very helpful but bound up by 'Company policy' and could not help us as they wanted to.
Wont be shopping with them ever again!
