One Sentence do not rent off this real estate! We rented off this real estate. We got the real estate to find a new suitable tenant as we had to move. The actual property Manager Shannae is fantastic but the real of the real estate is terrible. Reception was rude and turned some potential tenants off renting through them. The business manager thinks she is always right and everyone else is wrong. Then they rip you off when they give you your fees. They are not the most popular real estate in the area. At the time of trying to rent out the property more than 10 people refused to rent through them because they have a bad name in the area.
