I used to love going into this store to buy wine... (I say used to as I hardly drink alcohol these days), the owners of this store actually genuinely care about their customers and love finding out as much about the types of wine, or whatever you prefer to drink and they will give excellent recommendations on what to buy. (They are definitely not one of those stores that are only interested in taking your money.) The staff are extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly, and they absolutely love to have a good friendly chat with all of their customers. A business that still does things the `old fashioned way`and you can tell they are genuine when they offer you a product. They do not even try to get you to spend more money than you want to, as they will straight out ask you how much you generally like to spend and keep it within that price range. I find that kind of customer service more appealing and it kept me going back there.

Love it there, they are so helpful, it's like going back in time, the staff are there for you they all look like they enjoy working there, hence nothing is too much trouble.

Always polite , nothings too much bother , they find what your looking for or put you in the right direction even if its not in their store. I consider myself strong for a female but the guys there will not hear of a female carrying heavy good to the car.
