My experiences of Supercheap Auto are something of a "mixed bag". On the one hand the range of product is very good, although one needs to carefully assess quality.

On the other hand, the last four times I have been to their stores, the checkout price of at least one item has been higher than the price on the shelf. An email sent to the company about this went unanswered...I guess they don't want to address the obvious implication.

Front line staff have been mostly helpful with some exceptions.

So, as far as is possible, check the quality of what you buy, always check the price you pay as you leave,don't expect much of a response from the company if you have a complaint

Super Cheap auto will always be my favorite place to source car parts and accessories. The staff here are most helpfull, and have ordered many parts that I have had trouble getting

Supercheap is great for automotive needs. The prices are ok and staff understand their products and offer to help.

it is good store for buying auto parts, lots of variety you fond in this store. also some items are very cheap. i buy oil for car is very cheap then petrol pump. i recommended.
