Maybe i went to a different super amart, but me and mum went to buy a mattress. the guy that served us was rude and abrupt and then when we went to pick it up, the guy at the back deck basically just threw it at me (it was a single foam mattress), didnt bother rolling it up or anything. I thought he was rude as well. I would expect better customer service then that!

For our first apartment, me and my friends and my husband shared it. We also shared expenses on buying our furniture via Super Amart. Variety of designs and promos to choose from. They have very helpful staff. However some of the stuffs delivered were incorrect and we had to return them and go through over. Overall, it was still a good experience as we were excited to have our own furniture.

Looking for a bed base which can be expensive. They had a great range and many were reduced. Did a deal on a floor stock bed and got $70 off. Very happy with that. They loaded it into the car for me as well Really friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Great discounts and great products. I was really impressed with them
