The job we hired Steve's team for took more than double the time expected as one of his workers was too unfit to do the work. Steve still charged us for the time we had to end up spending emptying the truck ourselves, despite not providing us with a capable team. When we queried the cost, he used a number of profanities to berate us, and did the same to his own team. He scared us with his aggression and we feel very sorry for his staff. We encourage anyone to choose any other removalist over Steve's.

Steve’s removals moved a lot of our household contents into a storage facility 15 months ago and I just got it all out. The mattresses weren’t wrapped in plastic, they were sitting on the concrete floor of the storage unit and are dirty, scuffed and torn. The leather lounge was on its end, resting on one armrest, again on the concrete floor. So much of our wooden furniture is scratched, dinted and chipped- a Parker dining table, coffee table, bedside table, one of the large speakers of a stereo system, wooden dolls’ house…. The backs of expensive leather dining chairs are scuffed. I had even offered them old blankets and sheets to protect the furniture. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially moving goods into storage.

So very happy with Steve’s removals Geelong. We have used them twice now. They are totally professional and lovely people to deal with. Fast and efficient but taking care to set up heavy pieces of furniture that we would have struggled with. Also reasonably priced!
