Have only been here once or twice but still am impressed with their service and speed, great people, they have lots of space in the store so you can really enjoy yourself there with friends.

Approximate cost: $6

The coffee here is ok, but the product pushing of Starbucks music is annoying. If I want to buy music, I'd go to a music store - all this cross promotion is not, in my opinion, working to their advantage. The store is pretty messy at times, outside and inside, and it is definitely not a pleasure to sit there and drink your coffee - to go only. Have noticed the staff use dirty utensils to stir your coffee. Will not visit again.

I used to visit this Starbucks a lot, but I felt it lacked a community feel. Located in a small shopping centre in the Western Suburbs one would assume it will be a great little place but it's really just another franchised chain. The coffee is so so but the chai is great, except they charge you extra for honey and soy milk which seems pretty silly as that's how the best chai is always served.

Firstly there are many things that are totally wrong what you have said. I work at this store and we do not charge for honey and never have. Soy is charged everywhere at nearly all coffee stores and Starbucks in not a franchise it's company owned. Get your facts right!

Having been a fan of coffee for a while and visiting many different cafes.I thought i would try a chain store such as Starbucks or Gloria Jeans.
I frequent this store about once every two days or so.
The staff have always been welcoming and willing to help.
Plus the coffee is much cheaper than most cafes and i think it tastes better too.

The staff are super friendly which makes the experience surprisingly personal. Don't let the fact that it is an american chain put you off - the coffee is great! Starbucks coffee isn't strong, but deliciously creamy and the standard sizes are more than generous!! Give it a try! All the girls there know my name and going to get my daily coffee really puts me in a good mood :)

Approximate cost: $4.00
