Took my z8280 vacuum in to Sparky's to inspect why the power head was not working. Was told quote would take 8 days and that I should wait for there call. On the 10th day, I rang them to be told the wand and flexible hose had to be replaced as they were both faulty. Was quoted $260; took the vacuum elsewhere and found out only the wand needed replacing. Vacuum fixed in about 10 mins. Was billed only $77 to replace the wand. Sparky's lost this customer.

We have used Sparky's twice to service our Sunbeam Cafe Series EM6910 espresso machine. The first time was a small, quick warranty job. The second time was a larger service and clean of the machine. We found them easy to deal with, great communication, and reasonable prices. They stock all the gadgets that go with the machine and really seem to know what they are talking about.

We have used Sparky's twice to service our Sunbeam Cafe Series EM6910 espresso machine. The first time was a small, quick warranty job. The second time was a larger service and clean of the machine. We found them easy to deal with, great communication, and reasonable prices. They stock all the gadgets that go with the machine and really seem to know what they are talking about.
