soul synergy sell great salads! there just delish and taste so good! you will never be un satisfied when you walk out of there resturants! the staff are lovely and so polite to me~!

All delicious and plenty of variety of yummy salads and soups! The food is really fresh and affordable. I definitely would recommend!

It's a cafe with a great range of salads - at least 10 different sorts of salads. There are a limited sort of hot options but they are great. They serve at least 4-5 different healthy soups and the chicken risotta rocks. I love the soup or hot food and salad combo. It gets really busy at lunch time. Is great value for money and healthy! The food is really fresh and the servings are great. You can dine in but most people take away. This is great for really busy people.
