Congratulations to Mark and staff at somerton vet clinic. You have a perfect bedside manner to our pets. You are kind and caring and full of knowledge. I have attended many vets over the years and they are always pushing products and upselling. I have never found this with you guys. No matter where I live in the future we will always take our pets to your clinic.

Finally i found a vet in Mark Hill who actually cares for my dog and recommends treatments for her problems other than going straight for hugely expensive and often unnecessary surgery like the animal hospitals do.
Cant rate this clinic highly enough 10/10

WARNING: I left this practice bewildered. The first time I met Mark he was great. The second time he was like a different man. My dog is old and spent much of his life in a shelter. I have rehabilitated him into a manageable animal. I advised Mark he needs to be muzzled if he is going to experience any pain. This was ignored. The short version was that I got bitten, Mark then declared that my dog was "being naughty" and grabbed him and forced the needle into him as he fell off the examination table onto the floor. I am not precious about my dog but he is old and his temperament is not stable and he has to be managed. I found the arrogance, being rushed, a staff member handling the dog (without introducing herself to the dog via sniffs etc.) just unbelievable. I left shaking and shocked. I tried to discuss this with Mark who would have none of it. Even if we could have discussed what happened would have helped but Mark was defensive. I calmly passed on my feedback to the receptionist who was kind and receptive. I was reluctant to leave this review because maybe others are happy with the service and have not experienced this. However, I will not be going back.

Dr. Mark is just amazing! The best avian vet ever. The staffs at the desk are really lovely and friendly. The only vet we trust.

Animals are treated extremely well and the staff have a good deal of empathy for them. The service is great and follow-ip second to none. Reminders are sent when vaccinations etc are due.
