These guys came out to fix my hot water system. They were so quick and efficient and made the extra effort to come out straight away! Great prices and so helpful

My aging solar hot water system had a bad leak in it and I had no hot water (in the middle of winter in Ipswich). One phone call to these guys and I had 2 technicians on the roof inspecting it. They gave me the bad news that the system needed replacing and within a couple of hours I had a quote emailed to me. Once I accepted the quote, an emergency hot water system was installed, much to the relief of our family. A brand new 400l system was on the roof in no time at all. I have to say a big thank you to Kathy in the office and the 2 technicians(I can't remember their names, sorry) who were absolutely magnificent. Incredibly polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are an awesome company to deal with!
