Unfortunately just had to get our beloved family dog put down. He was very sick and the vets here were very supportive. We didn't have an appointment, we called up when he wasn't moving and they allowed us to bring him straight in.
They also allowed us to do a payment plan to pay off the cost.

Have unfortunately needed this surgery several times. I have nothing bad to say about them.
On one occasion it was half an hour before they closed on a weekend and the vet came running in for us. Literally, pulled up and ran in. They all stayed until our Dachshund was stable after biting a toad.
They treat people and animals with respect and don't treat you bad when it's just something simple you have panicked about.

Compassionate & professional. I had urgent need of a vet on a Sunday morning. Silkstone assessed my dog within minutes of arrival & swiftly went about seeing to her care. 3 days later I picked up my much happier & healthier pooch & I didn't have to get a 2nd mortgage to pay the bill. No hesitation at all in recommending this animal hospital - the staff really do go out of their way to make you & more importantly your pet, feel comfortable.

Both occasions we had need to use the Vet, they been urgent. The first time they were the only clinic in Ipswich at the time that we could get in to see a vet late at night. We rang around a few with no results.

The last time a couple of days ago it was again urgent on a Saturday morning, the dog had to spend a number of days there. I found nothing to be a problem and all the staff and vet i dealt with were great. I also found the bill surprisingly low for what had to be done.
