Shipped to wrong address which is Probably a typo on my end but even if it was punishing customers for what is a very easy and simple mistake is unfair.

I went to get a ring resized on 6/10 as they were going to get a quote ONLY for me Kept on ringing to see where my ring was & they told me that they would ring me, NEVER happened. Went there 20/10 to see where it was....... Poor customer service as there was a Woman with green Polished fingernails didnt even bother serving me as she was more interested in putting Toe ring in there Packaging, She just got someone else to serve me & when i got served as I explained the situation, I explained that no one had rung me & her response was ARE YOU sure that no one had rung you I replied NO this is why I am here DUH . So they just said they would look into it for me. So I left quiet annoyed and after I left I got a call & they stated we have your ring here & its already been re size. NOW I DID NOT give them permission to do anything until I got a quote
So I wandered back to the shop. They Re sized wrong as it was loose on my pinky finger & they charged me $45 for the re sizing which I had to pay & I just walked out ..... SORRY you have lost my business & I certainly wont be shopping with you as you stuff up when I went to Shields Harbour town thought that I would give the City store a chance NEVER AGAIN AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

I ordered and paid for a man’s simple Stirling silver cross and chain 4 weeks ago. It was to be an Easter present so was ordered in plenty of time. Two weeks later I was informed that they were out of stock and would outsource to another store. It was too late to order elsewhere online so I said ok. A week ago I was told they’d found one. I asked it to be sent Express Post at their cost. It was not! Tomorrow is Good Friday and the cross has not been delivered.
Very disappointed and quite angry with lack of service and empathy. Never again!

My wife bought me an expensive Seiko watch for Christmas - it had no Model number detail, nor instruction manual - went on line and found them, the band was set for a gorilla and need links removed, I returned to the shop Boxing day only to be told they don't provide watch service today because of the boxing day sales. Great - I work 5 days a week, my next chance at service is next Thursday. The one day of the year for service would be Boxing Day, dealing with Christmas returns - no just sales only - stuff customer service, even for walk-ins. The watch will only ever be a paperweight, very pissed!, every time I look at it, it makes me angry! Never, repeat Never! Buy from them, you are only a sale - buy your expensive watch from an owner jeweller, they want you back!

When I rang the online store to order, I always got a person answering.
Once I received my order however, I realized that some things were not as described & smaller than what I ordered (& paid for).
Now when I tried to contact them again to return incorrect & unstamped 9kt gold, I'm re-routed to an answering machine.
I left a message but no-one has returned my calls yet.
At this point I would suggest you avoid Sheils like the plague...

I deal with Shiels online and have now received two seperate orders of watches and neither of them work. I returned the first one over 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back from them. When trying to phone them I get a busy signal nearly every time. Would not recommend them. The low prices are an indication of the quality!

Every piece of gold jewellery I have bought from this company over the last several years is compete rubbish! It looks to be gold plated, as the gold has worn away, and the metal underneath is either black, or looks like copper. Also, all the stones were dyed. When confronted the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, Do not recommend them at all. I have to replace everything now; what a waste of money!
