I was able to make an appointment on the same day I called, showed a picture of the cut and colour I wanted and it turned out exactly like the picture. I walked out with awesome hair and the customer service was also great.

I went to get my haircut professionally for the first time ever yesterday at Serenity and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The people there were so lovely and they're so skilled and talented at what they do. I have been playing with my hair since then and everyone has been commenting about how good it is, including complete strangers I met on the bus. I spent the entire time just watching how they cut my hair because it was just so cool. Even the background music was good. It was so affordable also. I really cannot praise them enough for their amazing job and I cannot wait to go back

I've been getting my nails done at Serenity for a few visits now & I always have found the girls to be nothing but lovely & professional. Always offered a drink & nothing is a problem in relation to how I'd like my nails done as I tend to like nail art etc. I'm glad I've finally found nail technicians I'm happy with in our area!!

The worst place I went to. It tock one of the staff over an hour to blow wave my hair, I kept on asking to hurry as I had work. They didn't want to do a full head of foils. They do not listen in what the client want they just did what they wanted. They can't wax un derstand everyone faces are diffterent. My hair was dry after getting it coloured and my will never be the same. The other staff DO NOT now how to talk to people. I have never met rude people in my life.

Went recently, the beauty girl was great very professional did a great job, so 5* for her, they just need to get on top of cleaning salon and beauty room, other staff didnt seem as professional, as i was getting waxed i could here them talking and burping, maybe need a little music on to drown out, pretty normal on price, all in all seems like a good place,just needsa good clean.

I have no idea what salon the people below are talking about.. they are describing a completely different salon to where i go! Love it and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. Everytime I have been there, I've walked out super happy with what theyve done with my hair :)

I love it there the service is fantastic love my waxing there and I've had my sons hair dyed there they was amazing how good a job they did I have also had my hair dyed a few times there been fantastic ladies keep up the good work

Really dirty in waxing room and the people who work there are very unprofessional in their attire and manners. Would never go back. Had a haircut which was terrible. Had a wax which was worse by a staff who I am sure didnt know what they were doing!

I have been to this business for over 14 years, back in the days of Railway Parade, and then at the Belevedere Shops and now onto Carrum Downs, you do not following around a dirty business that have bad staff! And these days businesses don't stay in business if they are "dirty". Competitors are obviously worried about a very good business that Serenity is! Believe me Serenity is fantastic, like I say have been going there for 14 years, always have great styles at a reasonable price. Very happy and will continue to go there. Also go there for eyebrow waxing very good and spotlessly clean. Always happy with the shaping too. I also recently had my nails done there, something I have never actually had done and was thrilled with the outcome. Melody is lovely, and so are all of the staff, hi to everyone and see you soon.

The best salon I think I have ever been to!!! I havent been to a hairdressing salon in over 10 years as I had countless bad experiences!! They listen to everything you ask and recommend excellent colours and cuts; I have never been complimented more!! The staff is extremely easy to get along with and you would have to be completely sour to not agree! I would recommend these guys to anyone excellent service at an excellent price!!
