There is no doubt this store has lots of lovely things to see and offer so when it did not have what I wanted I waited approx 4 weeks for the next order to come through as this was an item the store had run out of, both times I have been there I have walked out making a purchase. The first time it didn't dawn on me that after making my purchase I put my purchase into the bags I was carrying. However my second purchase was quite an awkward moment as I realized due to the size how was I going to juggle the box and carry my car keys and purse in one hand whilst holding onto a small poodle under the other arm opposite to my hand with the box keys and purse. I know I should not of brought my small poodle into the shopping center BUT I could not of left him in the car as it was a terribly hot day and he was stressed from the car ride to see his vet for a post of consultation from Nannup to Myaree. AND that was all I went there to do on my journey to Perth. When the sale was finalized I expected the purchase to be place into a bag of some sort for the customer to walk away with to better handle the purchase. I was shocked after the look on her face telling me what are you waiting for to which I asked can you put it in a bag for me to carry and the owner said we don't issue bags. I couldn't wrap my head around what I heard so for me the straw that broke the camels back was a simple thing like a bag, paper or recycled just to help me better manage the juggling act. Foremost this is what I would call a gift shop slash kitchen wares (FRAGILE) items that deserves some sort of packaging.
After all I was not doing grocery shopping I was making a gift purchase. I was not expecting fancy paper or fills just a simple carry bag plastic or paper. Then as I left the store condescendingly she told me to have a nice day to which I answered thank you I will. So lesson learnt is next time if I ever go back to this store IS to take my own bag cause the owners cant put 50c from your purchase towards a carry bag for their customers. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!!!! oh and spread the word to everyone to take their own bag to this beautiful gift shop that wont supply their customers with a carry bag. I rate the fact that you got the item in and graciously rang me to tell me the item was in stock to which I paid for the item over the phone, however it was not finalized on a high note. I hope you don't have the attitude of oh well you cant please everyone because this is very true. Please remember something as cheap as bulk packaging purchasing does not cost that much I know. Repeat business due to customer satisfaction is what keeps any small businesses like yours functional. I wish you all the best!

This store has all your kitchen needs and accessories at a fair price. If you cant find what you are looking for, ask one of the staff their, they are only too happy to assist you. They really do have a large range of kitchen wares so its a good idea to go in and have a look at what they have to offer. Great place for the home baker.

We went here on Sunday looking for a specific size cake tin and a spatula. The young shop assistant was very helpful and went hunting out the back for the tin. Unfortunately they didnt have any in stock but the assistant gave us some ideas on using a larger size tin to get the size we wanted. We were shown a selection of spatulas and advised on which would be best for the purpose we needed it for. We bought the spatula. The customer service in this shop could not be faulted. The store is small but stocked really well it is crammed packed but tidy.
