I would strongly advise this company to invest in some customer service training. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals today 29 Dec 16. I took them away in one box. I tried to return them due to ill fit and asked for a credit. They only provide exchanges and gave me only 2 weeks to do this. In addition they would not exchange both pairs as I had only one box. Had they explained that to me at the time of purchase I would have taken 2 boxes. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. Poor service, poor attitude by the employees.

I have just experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered at Raymond Poulton.

I tried to exchange a pair of shoes 24 hours after purchase and was told by the Manager that they would not exchange or credit my purchase.

After requesting to speak to the owner, the manager reluctantly made a phone call and handed the phone to me.

What followed absolutely astounded me.

The so called owner Collin Smith immediately abused me with the following.

The policy of the company is no return or exchange, keep your shoes, I don't want your business, I've been in business for 40 years and don't care about you or if you ever come back.

Buyer be ware. This company is absolutely discusting. Avoid it at all cost.

My mum wanted to go here while on a shopping outing. She had heard that Geox were cheap here or on sale or something. Anyway, got there and there's shoes all over the place. It's one of those wall to wall display shops where all you see really is shoes, and then the counter.

So looking around, my mum couldn't find the shoe that she was after at first, but we did get there in the end. There was only 1 lady, I'm assuming it was the manager, running the shop and she was a little terse and although knowledgeable, didn't seem to possess that little trait people usually call 'people skills'. Give her a break though, maybe she was having a long or bad day.

Overall, it's a decent place with decent brands of shoes. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing right either that would make me recommend this place over the million other shoes shops around the world.
