As a tenant of the above mentioned real estate office, I can only warn prospective tenants of Ray White Coorparoo - STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY. There is no property that will make this real estate office worth the trouble they will put you through.

Following experiences where my partner and I have been breached for problems that were pre-existing when we moved into the property, have had to threaten court action to have emergency repairs completed, and have waited over two months to have a structural repair completed - this is a real estate who don't take their tenants' requests seriously, but will ensure that you're paying top dollar no matter what.

In twelve months we have had four property managers, my partner has been threatened, insulted and demeaned by the business manager, and most requests have either fallen on deaf ears or been tucked into some deep dark corner, never to be attended to again.

I can only recommend to other renters out there, from my experience, please do yourself a favour - stay far away.
