This place is horrible & the service & staff are extremely rude.
I was in an accident & these guys came as the towing company for the m4 auburn, westbound area.
Because they already had my car on hold, the person responsible for the damage chose to do the repair there, at first they were hesitant because being a panelbeater, he said the condition of the smash repair was poor & they were rude to him.
I had the left cnr of my back bumper hit into my petrol tank & was told it would take 2 weeks & were paid in cash upfront.
It took them 1 week to provide me a loan car which was also damaged, had dents to its bumpers & engine & petrol problems
2 weeks became 3 months as each time I called to chase up my repair they said they were still waiting on parts - when speaking to another panelbeater they said you could get the parts 2nd hand in 1 day - so they were obviously lying.
Each time I called "Freddy" was extremely rude saying they didnt care I couldnt get to work or university & when they gave me a date & said I didn't believe them - they said they didnt care. He was the main reason for complaint as he was extremely rude and vague & didnt want to help us.
They took our loan car off us 2 weeks before repair completed & continued to delay the pickup date despite us having no car at all.
There was only 1 person who was helpful who was the main manager Mark. I recieved the car & bumper repair was fine, although after asking if they checked the wheel alignment - they didnt, my car now steers to the left. I have tried getting in contact & have been told they will call me back & havent.
This place is horrible, service is horribly rude & from one customer & panelbeater we both do not know how they are still in business!!
