I have been using Rapid Tune Moorabbin now for about 1 1/2 years. Shaun and his team are very very professional, very thorough in their work and exceptionally easy to deal with, and very reasonably priced. I have great pleasure in referring their services to my friends.

I live a good 40 minute drive from Rapid Tune MOORABBIN, but they did a Fantastic service on my car. Believe from me, it is very hard to find a GOOD Reliable mechanic especially one who is trustworthy as Shaun. My previous mechanic which I though were good only did half the job.

I took my Car in for a service the other day @ Rapid Tune MOORABBIN. Shaun and his Team did a wonderful job. He SHOWED me all the things that my previous mechanic failed to fix, tighten bolts and clean up after themselves ... all of which Shaun & his team fixed for me. Further he recommend that I needed only a regular service and not a Full Service thus Saving me $$$, He went further to SHOW me EXACTLY what needs to be fixed and EXPLAIN the cost and why.

My previously my car Ignition compartment needed to repairing and my previous mechanic replaced the entire component. Shaun SHOWED me had taken my car to him, I would have saved $150. Further he advised that he would have instead diagnosed the problem and replace the components that only needed fixing rather than replacing the Entire components thus I would have saved more $$$.

He advised that I needed to have my Exhaust replace and even went above and beyond to obtain a few quotes from next door (one for a Generic Brand and other for the Manufacture's Brand). This I will do at my next service when I have more $$$.

After the service, Shaun & his Team even gave my Engine a DEGREASE ... something that my previous mechanic should have done. WASHED my car, which is something most mechanics do not do. AND provide a complimentary "Little Tree" scent for the car ... what service!

I will be taking in my car Again next service as well as to replace my Exhaust.

Shaun & His team are great. I can't get over the wonder clean reception area (totally different to all other mechanical shops!) They sorted out the issues on my Toyota quickly and for a decent price and I was on my way again!
