Randall's is your typical, Aussie, family owned business that provides exemplary and knowledgeable service. They know their products and if they don't have what you require there and then, they will get it for you post haste! Better hardware and product service anywhere would be hard to find.

This is a nice, old-fashioned hardware store that is well-maintained and has a great range of stock, both in hardware and garden needs. Eric Randall and his wife have run this store for many years and the friendly, helpful service makes you want to return. It's no Bunnings, but maybe that's a good thing - give the small businesses a go.

The staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, ready and willing to help with your enquiry / issue. For a small hardware shop, they hold a fair bit of stock, which makes it easier than having to make a trip to a larger hardware.
