Radio Rentals overall are the biggest rip-offs out - EVER!!! Will never go back to them EVER AGAIN!!! I was 1 of their best customers who ALWAYS paid on time etc. & I still got treated like crap & on more than 1 occassion!! They take advantage of low income earners!!! NOT HAPPY JAN :(

the service and product range is excellent, they have very friendly professional staff. who are very knowledgable, the products are top name brands with great warranties and servicing

I have been a VIP member at Radio rentals for over ten years and they are invaluable. There have been many times when I have needed to replace furnishings and appliances and haven't had the cash up front. I know renting is a more expensive way of getting stuff but I guess you are paying for the convenience of getting what you need without cash. The service is always very professional and knowledgeable.

I recently purchased a Laptop from this company, and while the salesman seemed to be very professional, he did not come up to scratch with his knowledge of the product.
